Moises Perez Wrongful Death Lawsuit Press Conference
On Thursday, July 30, Carpenter & Zuckerman attorneys John Carpenter and Carlos Hernandez held a press conference to announce a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Moises Perez, a Pilot truck driver and father of five, who was killed after a catastrophic explosion on a hydrogen gas transport vehicle he had parked at a Colton yard following his reporting of a leak.
During the press conference, John Carpenter and Carlos Hernandez discussed the allegations in the complaint, identified the defendants named in the lawsuit, and addressed broader public safety concerns surrounding the transportation of compressed hydrogen gas on California roadways. Perez's surviving wife, Ivania Marceanna Perez, also delivered a statement.
